Udabyte LLC is an independent software studio that builds practical, AI-native products. Today that’s three focused apps — Madrich (college admissions), Mindirus (exam prep), and FinancialHealth.io (personal finance) — each designed to solve one real problem end to end.

Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. We share data only with service providers that help run the product (like Plaid and Stripe), under contract. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How reliable is the AI-generated guidance?
Our products use AI to generate guidance, explanations, and insights. It’s a powerful starting point, but it’s informational only — not professional financial, legal, or admissions advice, and it can be incomplete or wrong. Always use your own judgment for important decisions.
Who is Madrich for?
Students (typically ages 16–18) and their parents, including first-generation and international applicants. It helps you build a school list, stay on top of deadlines, and work through essays with clear, step-by-step direction.
My child is under 18 — can they use it?
Yes, with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent. If a user is under 13, we require verifiable parental consent and limit what we collect. See Children & students in our Privacy Policy.
Does Madrich guarantee I’ll get in?
No — no one honestly can. Madrich helps you plan and present your best application; admissions decisions rest with each school.
What exams does Mindirus cover?
Mindirus covers a range of certification exams across 16 courses, with a large, curated question bank and AI-generated explanations for every question.
How does the adaptive learning work?
Mindirus uses spaced repetition and adaptive quizzing to focus your time on the concepts you haven’t mastered yet, and builds a personalized study plan from your performance.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. Bank connections are made through Plaid only when you choose to link an account — we never see your bank login. Sensitive tokens are encrypted with AES-256, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell your information.
What can FinancialHealth.io do?
It gives you a single 360° view of your finances — net worth, cash flow, and budgeting — plus deep real-estate intelligence for property owners, replacing a stack of separate single-purpose tools. It’s available on web and mobile.
Is it financial advice?
No. FinancialHealth.io is an analytics and tracking tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or tax preparer. It helps you understand your numbers so you can make your own decisions.
How much do the products cost?
Pricing is shown within each product. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel; you’ll always get renewal and pricing disclosures as required by law. See Subscriptions & billing.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in your account settings or by emailing support@udabyte.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you’ve paid for.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@udabyte.com from your account address, or use the in-app option where available. We’ll delete or de-identify your personal data except where we’re legally required to retain certain records. See Your privacy rights.
